Dragonfly Theatre Asks: Who’s the Real Madman?

In the award-winning West End play Blue/Orange, a psychiatric patient confuses his doctors with a claim that he is the son of an African dictator. Should he be locked up or released?

In this Laurence Olivier-winning sarcastic comedy, questions of race, mental illness and community responsibility are pondered as energetic West End newcomers to the Dragonfly stage Ryan Burkwood and Peter Muruako pace about. Regular Aaron Toronto will also be on-hand to give the production a little of the Dragonfly magic.


Blue/Orange will be performed at Cargo Bar — 7 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Q4 — four times from May 16 to May 18. Tickets are available from for VND300,000 until May 12, after which they’ll be available at the door for VND350,000
