The printed book is disappearing with the emergence of the digital age, with e-readers and tablets taking over what used to be cracked book spines and dog-eared pages. Two of France's most prolific bibliophiles, Jean-Claude Carriere and Umberto Eco, take on the future of the book in the digital age.

Presented by the French Institute, the event marks the celebration of the book exploring the future of reading, which was translated into Vietnamese in November of last year.
