Canadian Thanksgiving buffet at the Caravelle, Saigon

In honour of the Canadian Thanksgiving celebration on Oct. 11, Restaurant Nineteen on the ground floor of the Caravelle Hotel will be hosting a Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner.
As per Canadian tradition, turkey (roasted) and salmon (smoked) are the anchoring entrees. The seafood station will be filled with fresh oysters, salmon fillet, marinated seabass fillet, river prawns, king prawns, mussels, flower crabs, soft shell crabs and a large selection of snails and escargots cooked to order or served with assorted dips and condiments. A whole hose of other seafood dishes will also be on the menu together with appetizers, soups, cheeses, main courses, BBQ and desserts.
The cost of the buffet is VND888,000++ per person and advance booking is recommended.
