In addition, Chef Ho Wing Sang and his team have created a six-course tasting menu including a variety of game and poultry dishes priced at VND735,000 per person, excl. tax and service charge. Guests also have the opportunity to pair the set menu with wines from Australia for a package price of VND1,155,000 per person, excl. tax and service charge.
