Macaroon Month


June is Macaroon Month at the Park Hyatt, with Head Chef of Pastry Bertrand Sommereux leading the way. These bite-sized slices of perfection will accompany every tea and coffee order, in blueberry, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, coffee, matcha and salted caramel varieties. Originally from France, this sweet meringue-based confection is well-loved by gourmets around the world. A chef’s selection of assorted macaroons is also available for VND170,000++.
