The Art of Artichokes

Reflections is drawing inspiration from the gourmet gardens of Dalat this summer, with Chef Darren Watson and his team showcasing the subtle flavours of the artichoke. From Jul. 12 to Jul. 18, Reflections will stuff artichokes into appetisers such as stuffed artichoke hearts and artichoke carpaccio, and mains such as sous vide duck breast with artichoke gratin and Cajun marinated salmon fillet with artichoke blinis. Artichoke enthusiasts can also order any three courses from the a la carte menu for VND810,000, or any four courses for VND938,000.
