November Food Promotions

November not only features a number of Thanksgiving-themed promotions, but some great Chinese food as well.


Chef Thierry Drapeau will be at Reflections from Oct. 31 to Nov. 4 to recreate award-winning dishes from his restaurant in Verdun. Prices range from the three-course testing menu (VND1,050,000++) to the degustation menu (VND 1,570,000++).

Wild Poultry promotion from Nov. 19 to 24 at Reflections featuring guinea fowl, duck, pigeon and quail done a myriad of ways. A four-course tasting menu is also available, priced at VND1,180,000++.

On Nov. 24, the hotel is inviting wine enthusiasts to sample vintages from the Grand Cru regions. The one-night Grand Cru Wine Dinner is priced at VND3,150,000 net.

For the annual Thanksgiving dinner buffet on Nov. 24, favourites will also be on offer, including stuffed whole roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, pumpkin cream soup, roast garlic potatoes and pecan pie, among others. Priced at VND1,144,000++.

Intercontinental Asiana

Enjoy the hotel’s Sunday brunch at Market 39 with a selection of western and Asian dishes, and a full range of fresh seafood. Priced at VND996,000++/pax including free flow of champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks, VND796,000++/pax including free flow of wine, beer and soft drinks, VND596,000++/pax including free flow of soft drinks, children from 6 to 12 get 50 percent off.

Yu Chu is offering an “All you can eat Dim Sum” promotion with a wide collection of authentic delicacies, freshly prepared. Priced at VND300,000++/pax including ice or hot tea.


Slate is offering a pizza promotion ever Wednesday from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Free pizza is provided to accompany drinks for all corporate businesses around the area. The promotion offers one pizza for four people and another pizza for every two additional co-workers. To take advantage of this promotion, a minimum of four different business cards from the same company are required per table.

Park Hyatt

Diners can now enjoy Saturday brunch at Square One. The innovative made-to-order menu features Vietnamese and western starters, fresh seafood served chilled, steamed or grilled; and a premium selection of imported aged beef, and many more. Brunch is available from 11.30am to 2.30pm, with your choice of VND1,050,000++/adult without champagne or VND1,650,000++/adult with free flow champagne.

Renaissance Riverside Hotel

From Nov. 4 to 24, Kabin is offering food lovers a chance to savour a wide selection of Shanghai specialities such as crispy duck, braised chicken with chestnuts and coconut flavoured papaya gelatin. Prices start from VND460,000++/ set menu.

Also at Kabin is the “All You Can Eat” offer. Choose from among 70 varieties in the dim sum from 12.00pm to 2.30pm, daily. Prices are VND397,000++ and four dine for the price of three. There are more than 50 items to try for dinner and priced at VND460,000++.

Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Riverside Café on Nov. 24 with traditional turkeys, stuffing, hams and pumpkin pies. Prices range from VND689,000++/pax for food only, to VND835,000++/ pax, including wine, beer and soft drinks.

Diners can also enjoy the Seafood Extravaganza at Riverside Café this month. Feast on an array of seafood from fresh oysters to mussels and lobsters. Prices vary from VND 627,000++/pax to VND752,000++/pax (including free flow of wine, beer and soft drinks).

Shang Palace Restaurant

Shang Palace is delighted to introduce chef's recommendation a-la-carte menu this month. Hong Kong's executive chef Cheung Wing Keung and his team will prepare a selection of traditional and modern Chinese cuisine with a range of signature dishes comprising of deep-fried scallop ball coated with salted egg yolk, pan-fried beef short-ribs with BBQ sauce, sautéed fresh crab claw with cut chilli and braised seafood rolled with turnip.


Celebrate Thanksgiving Day on Nov. 24th at Saigon Café. Enjoy traditional dishes including roast turkey, giblet gravy, chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce; included will be a free flow of house wine, coffee and tea.

Signature is hosting the Banfi wine dinner on Nov. 25.  The wines will be matched with a 5-course menu personally created by executive chef Adam Tanner.

The Deck

Diners can now enjoy the Lunchtime Tall Order. Lunch includes fusion tapas, ideal for sharing, and served with a pot of speciality tea. Prices start at VND190 000.


Novotel Nha Trang

Novotel is offering a few special dishes at the Square restaurant including Tournedos Rossini, made from Australian beef filet mignon; foie gras and black truffle served with red wine sauce, and pan fried foie gras with pear cinnamon flambé and ginger mango sauce.

Sunrise Nha Trang

Sunrise Nha Trang is offering a special seafood buffet every Friday & Saturday night. The international seafood buffet features fresh seafood, sushi station, BBQ, carving station and local favourites. Price atVND499,000 net/guest and free for children under 1.2 metres.
